List of Presidents of the Czech Republic
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The President of the Czech Republic is the head of state of the Czech Republic. Only two persons have held this office since the 1993 dissolution of Czechoslovakia, both for the constitutionally allowed maximum number of terms – two. The president is elected by the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic and the Senate of the Czech Republic, for a term lasting five years.
